Iskra Kuseva has extensive experience in the telecommunications and regulatory sectors, currently serving as the Manager of the Regulatory Policy Area in the Legal Department at Bulsatcom since October 2020. Prior to this role, Iskra held various positions at Mobiltel, including Director of the Legal, Regulations and Wholesale Division, Director of Carrier Relations and Regulation Division, and Head of the Regulatory Department, with a tenure beginning in January 2005. Additionally, Iskra was a Senior Manager in the Legal Department at A1 Bulgaria from August 2018 to September 2020 and worked as a Legal Adviser at Mobiltel EAD between March 2003 and January 2005. Iskra's career in regulation commenced at the Communications Regulation Commission, where Iskra served as the Head of the Regulation Department in the Legal Division from 1999 to 2003.
