Lori Lyons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Strategic Consultant at Bullhorn since October 2019, Lori focuses on client engagement and product adoption to drive growth. Prior roles include Vice President and General Manager of Consulting and Professional Services at SharedLABS, Inc., and Talent Acquisition Lead for North America and LATAM at NGA Human Resources. Lori’s tenure at Randstad included positions as Regional Managing Director and Area Vice President, overseeing teams and technology solutions across multiple Florida markets. With a background in IT recruitment and workforce management, Lori has developed a strong expertise in aligning organizational needs with talent strategies. Lori holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Florida International University.
