Katarzyna Zdunek currently serves as the Technical Support Team Lead and Onboarding Team Lead at Bullhorn since February 2022, having previously held the role of Technical Support Analyst. Prior to Bullhorn, Katarzyna worked as a Social Media Ambassador at Sitel UK & Ireland and as a Technical Support Level 3 at Dexcom, where responsibilities included troubleshooting the Dexcom app and products. Experience also includes a role as a Social Media Trainer at Sykes Enterprises, delivering training to agents on various social media tools and customer engagement. Early career positions range from customer service roles in diverse sectors to assistant positions in libraries and retail. Katarzyna holds a background in Applied Linguistics from KU Leuven/Thomas More Antwerpen and a high school diploma in Secretary-Languages from Sint-Aloïsius Mortsel.
