Howard Hassen is an experienced professional in customer success management, currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Success Team at Bullhorn since May 2024. Previously, Howard led a team of six Customer Success Managers at Headspace Health, managing a portfolio of international clients with an annual recurring revenue of over $9 million and achieving growth retention rates above 90%. Prior to that, Howard managed a global Customer Success Team at Brandwatch, overseeing a portfolio of over 700 accounts valued at more than $15 million. Howard's career also includes key roles at MDSL, Local World Media, and World Market Intelligence, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Coaching and Leisure Management from the University of Brighton.
