Jason Karavias has extensive experience in supply chain management and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as the Supply Chain New Product Integration Manager and previously as Sourcing Manager Packaging at Bulla Dairy Foods since July 2014, Jason has also held positions including NPD Manager at Black Swan Dips and R&D Manager for both product development and packaging at General Mills. Early in their career, Jason worked as a Senior Packaging Developer at Kraft Foods. Jason holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Dairy Technology from the University of Melbourne and a degree in Chemical Engineering from RMIT University.
