Scott Foster is a seasoned business and entrepreneurial lawyer serving as the Chair of the Business/Finance Department at Bulkley Richardson since May 1997, focusing on the growth aspects of private ventures. With extensive experience representing startups, angel investors, venture capital groups, and corporations across various industries, Scott has fostered innovation in precision manufacturing, high-growth technology, commercial food production, and multi-family residential housing. As a co-founder and Chair of the Board at Valley Venture Mentors from January 2011 to February 2022, Scott supported the entrepreneurial ecosystem by connecting startups with quality business mentors. Additionally, Scott served as a mentor and judge at MassChallenge from 2013 to 2017, assisting startups in overcoming challenges.
