Sarah Willey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business, employment, and intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Partner at Bulkley Richardson since August 2017, Sarah also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty in the MBA program at Springfield College. Previous roles include Principal at the Law Office of Sarah K. Willey and General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer at Troy Industries, Inc. In addition to providing legal and business advice on complex contracts and compliance, Sarah has a strong background in representing defense, firearms, and biotechnology industries. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law and degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Greenfield Community College.
