GALINA RUSEVA (Stoyanova) is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Expert of Management Short-term Liquidity and Treasury at the Bulgarian Development Bank since July 2019. In this role, GALINA oversees market and liquidity risks, develops risk management models, prepares extensive analytical reports, and plays a key role in budgeting and the implementation of new products. Prior to this, GALINA held the position of Head of Financial Department at Financial Accounting Company ND, where responsibilities included managing financial reporting and conducting financial analyses for clients. GALINA has also contributed to various roles in treasury operations, economic analysis, and financial risk management across institutions such as International Investment Bank, Moscow Exchange, and Société Générale. GALINA holds a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from Moscow State University of Technologies and Management.
