Boris Subota has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Boris started their career in 2007 at Hrvatski Telekom as a Business customers Technical Support Agent, where they provided technical assistance to business users for various services. In 2010, Boris joined the House in order project at UNDP-EE Croatia as an Assistant, where they supported the project until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, Boris worked at Bulb Technologies, Ltd. in various roles. Boris began as a Research and Development Engineer, focusing on researching communication possibilities for customer premises equipment and developing integration procedures. Boris then transitioned to the role of Broadband Service Management Expert, where they implemented ACS (auto configuration server) in telecom networks and integrated new CPEs. In 2016, they became the Information Technology Team Lead, overseeing a team and managing projects. Most recently, Boris served as a Technical Sales Engineer / Project Manager, utilizing their technical expertise and project management skills.

Boris Subota obtained a University Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from FER, from 2003 to 2011. Boris then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology with a specialization in Electrical Power Engineering from the same institution, FER, from 2009 to 2012. In September 2019, they obtained a certification in Project Management: Technical Projects from LinkedIn.
