Rachel Theos is an accomplished analytics and operations professional with extensive experience in the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Analytics Manager at BukuWarung, Rachel plays a key role in supporting the company’s mission to empower 60 million MSMEs in Indonesia through digital infrastructure. Previous roles at YukStay included Chief of Staff and various analytical and operational positions, where Rachel managed financial projections, developed strategies for efficiency, and spearheaded marketing initiatives. Early career experience included management and R&D at Cahaya Group and an internship in interior design and project management at PT. Kingsmen Indonesia. Rachel holds a degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan and has studied Chinese language at Zhejiang University.
