Amir Faisol has over 25 years of experience in the railway and energy sectors, currently serving as CEO of PT. Bukit Asam Transpacific Railway since November 2014. Preceding this role, Amir held the position of Chief of Human Capital & Corporate Affairs at the same company from November 2010 to November 2014. Earlier in the career, Amir was a Senior Manager in Business Development and also served as a Senior Manager at PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk from 1998 to November 2010. Amir holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universitas Sriwijaya, earned between 2001 and 2002.
