Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles. As the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana serves as the Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutrióloga at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a Catedrático universitario at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where Mariana taught applied mathematics for nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
