Jorge Torres is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at Buk since April 2022. Previously, Jorge held the position of Agile Lead at Fpay from July 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities included implementing cross-team agility practices within two of the organization's four portfolios. Prior roles include Scrum Master positions at Falabella Financiero from November 2019 to July 2021 and at Kibernum Chile from February 2010 to September 2019, focusing on Scrum ceremonies and team mentoring. Earlier career experience includes work as a developer and functional analyst providing maintenance and operational support services for Banco Estado and programming for ITBLUE, a project with IBM. Jorge holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Andres Bello and a technical degree in Information Technology from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.
