Joshua Molloy has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sandblaster/Assembler/Polisher at Accellent from June 2005 to August 2008. Joshua then joined the Laboratory for Advanced Software Engineering Research (LASER) in February 2010, where they worked in research, utilizing the Little-JIL graphical language to model the election process. Joshua also developed properties and a resource manager for Little-JIL using Java programming language. In May 2011, they transitioned to Pearson Education as a Senior Software Developer before moving to Buildium in October 2015. At Buildium, they held multiple positions, including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, and currently Software Development Manager. These roles have provided Joshua with extensive experience in software development and leadership.

Joshua Molloy received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2007 to 2011.
