Daniel P. McLaughlin, Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Daniel P. started their career in 2013 as an intern at Maura Callahan Group, where they provided event management support and assisted with client services for the Massachusetts General Hospital & Red Sox Foundation Home Base Program. Daniel P. also played a vital role in the planning and fundraising efforts for the program's signature event, Mission Gratitude, which raised over $1 million.

In 2016, Daniel worked as an Associate at Gregory D. Callahan Design, gaining experience in the design industry. The following year, they joined Catalant Technologies as a Business Development Intern, further expanding their skills in the field.

From 2015 to 2018, Daniel worked as an Administrator at their own company, Daniel P. McLaughlin & Company. During this time, they gained experience in managing administrative tasks and running their own business.

In 2017, Daniel joined Wychmere Harbor Beach & Tennis Club as a Waiter, where they gained customer service experience in the hospitality industry.

In 2018, they joined Signiant as a Business Development Representative, before being promoted to the role of Senior Business Development Representative in 2019.

Currently, Daniel is working at Buildium, where they started as a Senior Business Development Representative in 2019. Daniel P. then moved on to work as a Sales Consultant before being promoted to Senior Sales Consultant, a position they currently hold.

Daniel P. McLaughlin, Jr. received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Boston College, where they attended from 2014 to 2018.
