Hannah Greinetz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hannah started their career as an Operations & Office Manager at Omega Metals Company, where they were responsible for managing contracts administration, budgeting, and customer relationships. Hannah then transitioned to the role of Associate Buyer, where they successfully increased sales volumes through market analysis and strategic customer relationship building.
After their time at Omega Metals, Hannah worked as a Business Manager at Access Institute for Psychological Services, where they focused on operations management and volunteer engagement strategies. Hannah implemented an engagement strategy that resulted in an 80% increase in volunteer engagement within the first 6 months.
Hannah then moved on to work as a Sustainability Consultant at Sustainability Consulting while earning their MBA in Sustainable Management. In this role, they specialized in strategy and finance, focusing on policy analysis, financial analysis, and market strategy for non-profit and private sector clients.
Hannah later joined Nutter Consulting as a Smart Cities & Sustainability Consultant, where they provided communications strategy, research, and planning services for cities and non-profit clients. Their work included policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and grant funding strategies.
Hannah also served as the Operations Manager at Sage Renewable Energy Consulting, where they contributed to the overall operations of the company.
From 2017 to 2021, Hannah worked at Meeting of the Minds.org as the Managing Editor. In this role, they managed content strategy, weekly online publishing, and provided thought leadership on urban sustainability and technology.
Their most recent role is with BuildingOS, now Atrius® Building Insights, where they started as a Customer Success Manager. Hannah was responsible for onboarding, customer success, and customer support. Hannah then progressed to Senior Manager, Customer Success before taking on their current position as Director, Customer Experience. As Director, they lead a team of customer success associates and oversees the customer experience post-sale.
Throughout their career, Hannah has demonstrated a passion for sustainability, urban sustainability, and customer success. Their wide-ranging experience has provided their with a strong set of skills in operations management, strategy development, customer relationship management, and content management.
Hannah Greinetz pursued their education by first attending the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Later, from 2013 to 2016, Hannah enrolled at Presidio Graduate School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Sustainable Management.
