Eka Japaridze is an experienced Solutions Project Manager at Atrius since June 2022. Previously, Japaridze served as Head of Operations at City Picture Frame from June 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading operations, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing projects with major tech and retail companies. Japaridze also worked as Project Manager at City Picture Frame, initiating transformations in internal systems to support business growth, earning recognition for exemplary customer relations. Prior roles include Educator at the International Child Resource Institute (ICRI), focusing on children's developmental needs, and Project Manager at the Center For Safe Energy, managing a grant for sustainable energy practices. Japaridze holds an M.B.A. in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School, alongside Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Social Psychology from Tbilisi State University.
