Heinrich Rusche began their career in 2010 as a Process Management at Accenture. In 2012, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant (Intern). From 2013 to 2019, they held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Jr. Engagement Manager, Senior Associate, Associate (Fellow), and Business Analyst (Fellow). In 2019, they became the Chief Transformation Officer at SØR, where they were responsible for revenue and cost transformation of a German fashion retailer. In 2020, they founded Firm Learning, a company dedicated to helping professionals become successful in the first years of their career. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Revenue Officer at Building Radar, a PropTech company.
Heinrich Rusche has a diverse educational background. Heinrich completed a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2012, as well as a semester abroad at Bocconi University in 2011. In 2012, they also earned an Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). In 2013, they earned a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD in 2016 and is currently working on a Doctoral thesis in Marketing and Sales from Ruhr University Bochum, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
