Brett Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brett began their career as a Metal Fabricator and Installer at The Steel Shop in 2000 and worked there until 2007. Following this, they joined Metro West Steel where they were responsible for Project Development, including customer relations, estimating, proposal development, and sales. Brett worked at Metro West Steel until their role ended in 2011. In the same year, Brett became the President of Building Envelope Systems, a position they held until January 2021 when they transitioned to the role of Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, they also took on the role of Managing Partner at MI-Box of Southern MA. Throughout their career, Brett has demonstrated expertise in sales, customer relations, and leadership.

Brett Miller attended Assumption University from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a double major in Business Management and Economics, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
