Srishti Bal is currently employed as a Senior Data Associate at the Building Decarbonization Coalition since August 2023. Prior to this role, Srishti held multiple positions at Tesla from July 2019 to June 2022, including Associate Evaluation Project Manager for Autopilot Vision/AI, Lead Data Annotation Specialist, and Data Annotation Specialist. Srishti's experience also includes working as a Data Specialist at Vigilant Solutions from September 2018 to July 2019. Srishti completed a Master of Engineering in Operations Research and Information Engineering at Cornell Tech from August 2022 to June 2023 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Delhi University between 2015 and 2018.
