Steven Jaixen is an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst II at Buildertrend since May 2022, previously serving as a Software Test Lead at EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. from September 2012 to July 2022. At EF Johnson Technologies, Steven managed a team that consistently met 100% of testing requirements, oversaw the skill development of junior technicians, designed and executed comprehensive test plans, and documented numerous software issues using various tracking applications. Prior to this, Steven worked as an Electronic Technician at Digitec from May 2011 to September 2012, where responsibilities included executing test plans, coordinating quality improvements, and managing service operations. Beginning a career as a Skilled Machine Operator at Sensory Effects from March 2006 to December 2010, Steven developed a strong technical foundation before attaining an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electronic Systems Technology from Southeast Community College between 2010 and 2012.
