Jesse Bender has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. They started their career as an Advertising Sales Representative at Central Coast Magazine in 2006. From there, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at HSBC from 2007 to 2009 and then as a Senior Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial for a brief period in 2009. In the same year, Jesse joined Grade Potential Tutoring as the Head of Sales/Franchise Owner, where they played a crucial role in expanding the company's presence and implementing a CRM system.
In 2013, Jesse transitioned to Mindbody, where they held various roles and steadily climbed the ranks. They started as a Senior Sales Specialist and worked their way up to becoming a North American SDR Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and eventually a Senior Director of North American Sales. At Mindbody, Jesse oversaw multiple sales teams, implemented effective sales strategies, and guided the organization through significant product acquisitions.
In 2020, Jesse joined ChowNow as the Head of Sales, where they successfully led the sales and growth marketing teams and fostered a mission-driven culture. They developed leaders within the company and played a vital role in the company's success.
Jesse's most recent role was as the Vice President of Sales & Customer Success at CloudTrucks, where they spearheaded the expansion of the revenue organization and made strategic leadership hires to drive the company's growth.
Currently, Jesse is the Executive Member at Pavilion, a role they started in 2022. They are also set to become the Vice President of Customer Growth at Buildertrend in 2023.
Jesse Bender attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations. In addition to their formal education, Jesse obtained certifications such as "CRO School" from Pavilion in April 2022 and "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" from LinkedIn in December 2020.
