Derek Tobler is an experienced IT Support Specialist with a strong background in customer problem solving, hardware and network troubleshooting, and application monitoring. Currently serving at Buildertrend since January 2017, Derek has progressed through various roles including IT Support Specialist III, II, and I, where responsibilities included managing building operations and supervising interns. Prior experience includes a Technical Services Internship at Lozier Corporation, supporting multiple facilities, and two student worker positions at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, providing technical assistance and support in academic environments. Derek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Central Community College.
