Phil Drost is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and church fundraising. Currently serving as the Regional Development Officer at Builders International since January 2022, Phil is dedicated to ensuring that missionaries have the necessary facilities to fulfill their missions. Previously, Phil worked as a Consultant - Generosity Strategist for Generis from May 2015 to May 2022, helping local churches raise funds for various projects. Prior to that, Phil was a Senior Consultant at AG Financial Solutions for 15 years, focusing on capital project funding for churches. Phil's real estate career began as a Realtor with Merrill Lynch Realty, followed by significant roles including President and CEO of ERA Bob Ward Realty, where Phil led the company to become a top franchise and established a real estate licensing school. Early in Phil’s career, achievements included top sales performance at Sentinel Title Company, illustrating a strong background in marketing and sales within the real estate sector.
