Monroe Dorris III possesses extensive experience in IT infrastructure, networks, and project management, currently serving as Manager of IT - Infrastructure & Networks - Field OPS at Builders FirstSource since February 2016. Prior roles include Supervisor IT Ops & Implementation / M&A and IT Project Manager II at Builders FirstSource, as well as Network Field Engineer positions at both Stockton Telecom and PTI Solutions. Monroe's career began with a position as a CLEC Network Engineer at Sonic and included significant contributions as a Senior Network Specialist for the United States Federal Government, providing IT engineering support for agencies such as the FBI, DHS, and the US Coast Guard. Monroe earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Grand Valley State University between 2000 and 2002.
