Giovanna Llenas Porcella is a seasoned professional in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as a Global Logistics Coordinator at BuildDirect Technologies since July 2022. Prior to this role, Giovanna worked at Whirlpool Corporation from November 2016 to April 2022 as a Supply Chain Team Lead, where the management of export order dispatch processes facilitated the delivery of over 500,000 major home appliances across the Caribbean region. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Camara de Cuentas from 2014 to 2016, where the establishment of a new department involved process creation and KPI development. Giovanna also held the position of Villa Manager at Grupo Puntacana from 2011 to 2013, overseeing client experiences at the Tortuga Bay Hotel. Giovanna holds a Master's degree in Global Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
