Jordan Garcia has been in the professional workforce since 2004. Jordan began their career as a Public Relations Manager at Isabel's Community Outreach. In 2015, they joined Bank of America as a Banker and Better Service Co. as a Business Development Manager. In 2023, they began working as a Client Success Manager at Array.

Jordan Garcia completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management in 2017. Jordan also holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in History & Sociology from the University of North Texas.
