Clàudia Hernández Bayés has been working in various roles since 2016. Clàudia began their career as a Private Teacher in 2016, before becoming an English Language Teacher at Little Britain in 2019. In 2021, they took on the role of Fashion Model, and is currently employed as Transformation and Talent at Build38 since 2022.

Clàudia Hernández Bayés completed their Bachillerato in Científico from Col·legi Sant Josep in 2018. Clàudia then attended Universitat de Barcelona from 2018 to 2022, graduating with a degree in Psychology with a focus on Salud y bienestar, general.
