Thomas Kan is a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor at Build King Holdings Limited, where employment began in June 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor at Sanfield (Management) Limited from October 2018 to June 2022. Thomas began a career in quantity surveying at Arcadis from March 2016 to September 2018, holding the positions of Quantity Surveyor and Senior Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Earlier experience includes working at AECOM (incorporating Davis Langdon, An AECOM Company) as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor from July 2014 to February 2016. Thomas Kan holds a Bachelor's degree, BSc (Hons) in Surveying from City University of Hong Kong, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
