Leadership Development), I am responsible for engaging local public schools, service providers, and other value holders to build consistent communication, collaborations and enhance the community's profile.

I am a Chicago native raised in the Austin neighborhood (Westside) but resides in Woodlawn (Southside).

Experience: I have devoted over thirty years to serving historically

underrepresented groups and communities facing systemic and structural barriers—Twenty-two years in youth development work, program development, and implementation. Thirteen years of community leadership, engagement, and organizing.
