Juan Caballero is an experienced architectural professional and leader with extensive expertise in project management, construction, and sustainable development. Currently serving as the CEO and Chief of Programs at Build Change since January 2014, Juan oversees international programs with a focus on resilient housing in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previous roles include Project Manager in Haiti, where Juan led significant housing initiatives, and an independent contractor in Honduras, managing various construction projects. Juan's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Project Management from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional and an architecture degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
