Tanya Gay, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Business Operations & Strategy at Bugcrowd and is a Chief Member at Chief, a private membership network supporting women executive leaders. With extensive experience in business operations, strategy, and revenue generation, Tanya is also the Principal and CEO of TAG Consultants, LLC, where advisory services are provided to companies, including a private-equity funded start-up in the women’s health sector. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Operations and GTM Strategy at NTT Application Security, Vice President of Global Sales Operations at Bromium, and various leadership positions within Veracode, Nuance Communications, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Tanya holds a BS in Organizational Management and an MBA in Business from Daniel Webster College.
