Konduru Jashwanth has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Konduru began their career in 2015 as a Software Engineer at ProEmTech Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., where they contributed to software development projects. In 2016, Jashwanth joined Cigniti Technologies as a Security Researcher, specializing in web and mobile application penetration testing, network vulnerability assessments, and secure code analysis. Konduru was recognized as the best performer in Cigniti in 2016.

In 2013, Jashwanth started working as a Security Researcher and Bug Bounty Hunter for Bugcrowd, a vulnerability disclosure company in San Francisco. During their time there, they ranked in the top 150 on Bugcrowd's bug bounty platform and successfully identified security vulnerabilities in various public and private targets.

Additionally, Jashwanth worked as a Security Researcher and Bug Bounty Hunter for HackerOne, another vulnerability disclosure company based in San Francisco, from 2014. Konduru was responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities in different companies and providing responsible disclosures and solutions to developers.

Konduru Jashwanth holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Anna University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including the Cambridge ESOL Entry Level Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
