Abel John Reni has a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on security research and CTF (Capture The Flag) competitions. Abel currently works as a Security Researcher at WordPress Webers, where they began in July 2022. Prior to this role, Abel held similar positions as a Security Researcher at Bugcrowd and HackerOne, starting in November 2021. Abel is also an active member of the Information Sharing And Analysis Center since June 2021. Abel has participated as a CTF Player at Hack The Box since October 2020 and at TryHackMe since June 2019. Abel also gained practical experience as a VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) Trainee at CyberSmithSECURE, starting in October 2022 and ending in March 2023.

Abel John Reni completed their high school education from the Central Board of Secondary Education between 2020 and 2023, earning a High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications and participated in various programs. Abel obtained the certification of Certified Penetration Tester (CPT) from RedTeam Hacker Academy in April 2022. Abel also completed the Create Code for Bypassing Android Security Checks, OSINT MasterClass, and Powershell for RedTeamers courses from RedTeam Hacker Academy Pvt. Ltd. in December 2021. Abel participated in the DomeCTF 2021 organized by Kerala Police Cyberdome in November 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the Ethical Hacker Jr. (EHJR) certification from RedTeam Hacker Academy Pvt. Ltd. in October 2021. Abel obtained additional certifications, including Postman API Fundamentals Student Expert from Postman in June 2023 and (ISC)² Candidate certification from (ISC)² in March 2023. Abel also completed an internship program at TechnoHacks EduTech in 2023.
