Diana Ganzenmuller has been working as a Housing Counselor at Buffalo Urban League since October 2009 and obtained their HUD certification in September 2019. Prior to their current role, Diana worked at M&T Bank from 1999 to 2009 as a Loss Mitigation Outsource Liaison and Loss Mitigation Negotiator.
