With experience operating switchers and executing video transitions, Shannon is skilled in using Ross and Grass Valley products. Additionally, Shannon works as a Technical Director for the Buffalo Sabres and has held roles as a Graphics Operator and Replay Operator across various sports organizations, including the Rochester Americans and Rochester Knighthawks. Shannon's background includes extensive work as a video editor and motion designer for digital content and production support at RIT SportsZone Live, complemented by a degree in Film and Animation from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
