Matthew Torres currently serves as the Youth Hockey Coordinator for the Buffalo Sabres, a position held since November 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Senior Manager of Youth Hockey to develop and implement youth hockey initiatives. In addition to this role, Matthew is an NHL Liaison and Events Committee Member for the Puerto Rico Ice Hockey Association, managing player registration, fees, and travel, while also coordinating media communications. Prior experience includes an internship at IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions from August 2018 to May 2019. Matthew holds a degree from West Virginia University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
