Mary Theresa Spears is an accomplished sourcing and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the fashion and apparel industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Sourcing and Supply Chain at Buffalo Games since November 2020, Mary excels at sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices, quantities, and delivery schedules. Previously, as a Global Sourcing Coordinator at New Era Cap, Mary developed vendor relationships, managed timelines, and implemented cost-saving strategies while collaborating with global teams. Mary's early career includes an internship at High Life Apparel, LLC, where product development skills were honed.
