Zach Harting OLY is a Project Engineer at Buffalo Construction, Inc. since March 2023 and a Professional Swimmer with USA Swimming since March 2019, contributing to the development of high-level goals that led to qualification for the US Olympic Team. Zach has successfully managed multiple revenue streams and tax liabilities as a contractor while enhancing sponsorship opportunities by engaging with fans on social media, meeting the needs of sponsors such as the US Air Force and TYR Sport. Previously, Zach served as a Mentor at RISE Athletes from August 2020 to February 2022, training young athletes in mental performance techniques. Additionally, Zach completed a co-op position at Dynacraft, where contributions included improving assembly line efficiency and implementing safety protocols. Zach earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Louisville.
