Dimitri Teplizki has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Dimitri began their career at Esprit as a Merchandise Manager Assistant in 2008. Dimitri then moved on to s.Oliver Group, where they worked as a Senior Country Merchandiser until 2011. Dimitri joined Ludwig Görtz GmbH in 2011 and held the role of Retail Manager until 2014. Dimitri then transitioned to the position of Produktmanager until 2017. Dimitri further expanded their expertise at Idana Schuhe GmbH as the Head of Product/Buying in 2017. Currently, they are employed at Buffalo Boots GmbH, where they initially served as the Head of Product Development and later took on the role of Head of Product Development, Sourcing, and Procurement in 2022.

Dimitri Teplizki studied International Business and Management at Hochschule Osnabrück. Dimitri also pursued Strategic Management at La Trobe University.
