Pete Harris is currently an Area Scout for the Buffalo Bills. Prior to this, they were with the Bills organization for nine years in various scouting and coaching positions. Pete started with the Bills as a Scouting/Training Camp Ops Intern in 2007 and then became a Coaching/Football Operations Assistant in 2008. In 2011, they were promoted to College Scouting Assistant and then to BLESTO Scout in 2013. Harris returned to their role as an Area Scout in 2017.

A native of Miami, Florida, Harris graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Sports Marketing. Pete also interned in the school's Athletic Department, where they worked in both coaching and recruiting.
Pete Harris attended the University of Miami, where they earned their masters in sport administration. Pete also went to the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York and earned their BA in marketing.
Their manager is Brian Gaine, Assistant General Manager, Player Personnel. They work with Tyler Pratt - Area Scout, Doug Majeski - Senior College Scout, and Andrea Gosper - Player Personnel Coordinator.
