Matt Worswick

Director Team Administration at Buffalo Bills

Matt Worswick is the current Director of Team Administration for the Buffalo Bills. Prior to their current position, Worswick served as an intern for various football operations with the Carolina Panthers, Florida Atlantic University, and Certified Slings & Supply. Matt also spent time as a men's basketball manager for Marquette University.

Worswick began their career in 2010 as a Team Operations Intern for the Florida Collegiate Summer League. Matt then became a Business Development Intern for Certified Slings & Supply in 2012. In 2013, they interned with the Carolina Panthers during training camp before becoming an Equipment Intern with the team in 2014. Matt was promoted to Football Operations Assistant in 2016 and served in that role until 2017.

Worswick left the Panthers in 2017 to become the Director of Team Administration for the Buffalo Bills. In this role, they are responsible for managing all administrative tasks for the Bills' football operations department.

Matt Worswick's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in marketing from Marquette University.

Matt Worswick reports to Sean McDermott, Head Coach. They work with Eric Ciano - Head, Strength & Conditioning, Leslie Frazier - Defensive Coordinator & Assistant Head Coach, and Austin Gund - Offensive Quality Control.
