Arthur T. began their career in 2003 as the Latin America Sales Manager for TDK Electronics Corp. In 2007, they moved to Imation as a Brand Manager for TDK & Extreme Mac in Latin America. In 2009, they joined Dell as the Distribution Sales Manager and Latin America Channel Development Manager. In 2010, Arthur T. joined Buffalo Americas as the Director of Sales for Etail, Retail, DMR, and Latin America. In this role, they promoted a 4-person team to shift the company from B2C to B2B, focusing on Network Attached Storage (NAS) on-premise and hybrid cloud data solutions. Arthur managed a $1MM marketing budget with an emphasis on digital marketing and grew the division from 50% of the company's revenue to 70%. In 2016 and 2018, they overachieved sales targets.
Arthur T. obtained their BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire between 1989 and 1993. Arthur then participated in an undergraduate exchange program at the Universidad de Granada in 1992. In 1998, they earned an MBA in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business. Arthur also participated in an MBA exchange program at USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 1999. In 2017, they completed a certified online course from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Additionally, Arthur T. has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and Google, including Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts, Growth Hacking Foundations, Content Marketing Foundations, Google Ads Fundamentals, and Online Marketing Foundations.
