Gabriela Palacios has extensive experience in recruitment and business management, currently serving as the Owner and Recruiter Talent at LinkedIn for Buffa Sistemas S.R.L. since June 1995, where management of the Professional Services Business Unit is a key responsibility. As Director at BS, Gabriela oversees the general management of the IT Professional Services Business Unit, including expert personnel provision and candidate selection.
