Santiago Melendez has worked in various roles since 2007. Santiago began as an Ayudante de Física at the Universidad Nacional de Luján in 2007. In 2012, they worked on a research project involving the evaluation of radioactivity in food. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Practia Global as a QA Automation Engineer and QA Automation, responsible for quality control and data generation. In 2020, they worked as a QA automation at BKR. Currently, they are a Quality Engineer at Buenbit.

Santiago Melendez holds a Licenciatura en Ciencias Físicas from the University of Buenos Aires and is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in November 2019.
