Jonathan Navarro has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering. Jonathan began their career in 2010 at E-Zay Argentina as a Software Engineer, where they implemented the gamification concept over the IVR to enhance the telemarketer work experience, and developed an interactive voice response software based on asterisk interfaced to php with c connectors handling 72k calls and 600k SMS a day. In 2015, they joined elPixel | Digital Marketing Agency as a PHP Developer, where they were responsible for full stack wordpress development and developed a server administration tool to manage testing and productive environments. In 2016, they moved to Lyracons - eCommerce Solutions as a Software Engineer, where they worked on Magento 1 & 2 development and internal tooling, and developed a solution to integrate multiple ecommerce platforms and order management systems and retail software. Jonathan also implemented continuous integration, deployment and autoscaling pipelines. In 2020, Jonathan joined Mercado Libre as a Software Engineer, where they developed a cross platform dependencies security software, and was the core maintainer of internal SDKs and toolkits for Go & Java. Jonathan also built distributed ETL pipelines. Jonathan is currently employed at Buenbit as a Senior Software Engineer, a role they began in 2022.

Jonathan Navarro has a diverse educational background. From 2014 to 2021, they attended Universidad Nacional de San Martín, where they earned a Tecnico en programacion in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, they attended San Antonio Munro from 1998 to 2013, where they earned a Comunicacion Audiovisual degree. Jonathan also holds three certifications: Arquitectura de Software from Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA, obtained in May 2018; Tecnico en Redes from ITA-Instituto Tecnologico Argentino, obtained in January 2011; and Tecnico en Reparacion from ITA-Instituto Tecnologico Argentino, obtained in June 2007.
