Jill Dreschler has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Jill started their career in 1993 at Cole-Parmer, where they held various positions including Applications Specialist, Applications Supervisor/Manager, and Product Manager in the Laboratory and Life Sciences division. Jill then moved on to Leica Microsystems, where they served as a Product Manager for Clinical and Upright Research Microscopes, focusing on marketing and revenue growth in the clinical and educational market, as well as the clinical and life science research market.

In 2005, Dreschler joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Product Manager with global responsibilities. In this role, they managed revenue growth, portfolio management, and pricing for assigned product lines, as well as led VOC efforts for new product development. Jill also handled literature and sales promotion development, as well as product line life cycle strategy.

Dreschler's next career move was in 2012 when they joined ETA hand2mind as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, they focused on product management and strategic planning.

Since 2014, Dreschler has been working at Buehler An ITW Company. Jill first served as a Product Manager before transitioning to the role of R&D Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Strategic Marketing Director.
