Jill Dreschler has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Jill started their career in 1993 at Cole-Parmer, where they held various positions including Applications Specialist, Applications Supervisor/Manager, and Product Manager in the Laboratory and Life Sciences division. Jill then moved on to Leica Microsystems, where they served as a Product Manager for Clinical and Upright Research Microscopes, focusing on marketing and revenue growth in the clinical and educational market, as well as the clinical and life science research market.

In 2005, Dreschler joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Product Manager with global responsibilities.
