The opportunity
Join our busy team as a Marketing events coordinator and play a pivotal role in planning and executing our National events.
In this exciting position, you’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Advisors from planning to execution of client events. You will work closely with vendors, assist in creating programme of events, project managing all parties involved, including leveraging social media to amplify our reach.
You’ll be the onsite hero, ensuring each event is a seamless experience. If you’re passionate about marketing and events, eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment and have at least 1 years' experience in marketing and/or communication, including internships we’d love to hear from you.
Your main responsibilities will include:
·        Develop and drive marketing event project plans from inception to completion.
·        Work with vendors to align resources and pricing.
·        Create marketing events’ agenda.
·        Research, invite, and schedule internal industry-relevant speakers.
·        Promote marketing events via appropriate social media channels.
·        Track event attendance and generate post-event satisfaction surveys.
Key skills and attributes:
·        Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably the Adobe Creative suite.
·        Active contributor to social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn).
·        Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
·        Tenacious, collaborative spirit with a strong customer focus.
·        Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
