David Roberts has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. David started their career in 1991 as a Systems Programmer at Allstate, where they developed and maintained applications for Allstate's ALSTAR system and provided end-user support for agents and regional office centers. In 1993, they moved to Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on project teams for a variety of clients and provided 24/7 support for Domino server and other Lotus Notes-related issues. In 2001, they joined Omron Management Center of America as a Software Engineer, where they oversaw the developmental and administrative aspects of the Lotus Notes and Domino infrastructure for over 1000 employees across 10 business units within North and South America. David also assisted in the implementation and administration of the company’s Office 365 environment. In 2019, they joined Budde Marketing Systems, Inc. as a Programmer Analyst.

David Roberts received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems, General from Winona State University between 1987 and 1991. David has also obtained five certifications from LinkedIn: Access 2013 Essential Training (April 2019), Business Analysis Foundations (February 2019), Business Analysis Foundations: Competencies (February 2019), Learning Digital Business Analysis (February 2019), and Learning REST APIs (February 2019).
