Regis Romero is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in banking, financial operations, and telecommunications. Currently serving as President and CEO of Fintech Inversiones since May 2016, Regis also holds the position of Executive Director at BucksApp since August 2019. Previously, Regis was the Chief Executive Officer for Digicel Group in the Caribbean and Central America and held various senior roles at Millicom from 1998 to 2014, including COO Global Markets and Chief Officer for Africa, where responsibilities included full P&L accountability across multiple regions. Early career experience includes serving as a Pre-Investment Area Consultant for the Inter American Development Bank. Regis earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from the London Business School in 2009.
